How to Generate Your Payslip with Your Photo Displayed on the Payslip Portal
The payslip portal has introduced an option that allows users to generate their payslips with their uploaded photograph displayed directly on the document. This means that after completing the required settings, your picture will appear on the generated payslip, making it more personalized and easier to identify.
This update is useful for users who wish to have their photograph displayed on their payslips. However, before using this feature, it is important to ensure that your picture has already been uploaded successfully to the portal, since the uploaded image is what will appear on the payslip after generation.
To activate this feature and generate your payslip with your photograph displayed, kindly follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the Portal
Access the payslip portal using your login credentials and sign in to your account successfully.
Step 2: Locate the Photo Display Options
After logging in, navigate through the available options and locate the settings labelled “No Photo” and “Include Photo,” as indicated in the attached image.
Step 3: Select “Include Photo”
Choose the “Include Photo” option to enable the photograph display feature. This selection instructs the system to add your uploaded image to the generated payslip.
Step 4: Generate Your Payslip
Proceed to generate your payslip after selecting the option. Once completed, your photograph will appear at the top right corner of the payslip.
Important Information to Note
Before carrying out the process above, users must first complete the picture upload process shared in the earlier update titled “How to Upload Your Picture.” Without uploading a picture to the portal, the photo display feature will not work.
Also note that the exact image uploaded to the portal is the same picture that will be reflected on the payslip. Therefore, users are encouraged to confirm that the uploaded image is clear and appropriate before generating the document.
Users who have not yet uploaded their photographs are encouraged to complete that process first before attempting to generate the payslip with a photo.
