St. Francis College of Education Opens Applications for Lecturer Positions in Multiple Subject Areas
St. Francis College of Education has announced vacancies for qualified applicants seeking teaching appointments in selected academic disciplines for the 2026 academic year.
The College is inviting experienced professionals and lecturers with strong academic backgrounds to apply for available positions across various areas of specialisation.

Academic Qualification and Experience
▪ Measurement and Evaluation
Applicants must possess:
▪ Ph.D. in Measurement and Evaluation
▪ M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Measurement and Evaluation
▪ Candidates must also have at least four years of experience serving as a Lecturer in a recognised tertiary institution or College of Education
▪ Educational Administration and Management
Applicants are required to hold:
▪ Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Management
▪ M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
▪ Applicants must additionally have not less than four years of teaching experience at the tertiary level
▪ Physical Education
Applicants must possess:
▪ Ph.D. in Physical Education
▪ M.Phil. Degree
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education
▪ A minimum of four years teaching experience as a Lecturer in a recognised institution is also required
▪ English Language (Grammar)
Applicants must possess:
▪ Ph.D. in English Language
▪ M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in English Language (Grammar)
▪ Candidates must have served as a Lecturer for at least four years in a recognised institution
▪ Ghanaian Language (Ewe)
Applicants are expected to possess:
▪ Ph.D. in Ghanaian Language (Ewe)
▪ M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Ghanaian Language (Ewe)
▪ Applicants must also demonstrate a minimum of four years teaching experience at the tertiary level
▪ Vocational (Arts)
Applicants must possess:
▪ Ph.D. in Arts Education
▪ M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Education
▪ Applicants must have served as Lecturers in recognised institutions for at least four years
