Public sector employees on the government payroll are informed that the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has released the salary payment voucher for the present month and activated the validation process within the payroll system. 

This exercise forms part of routine payroll management, designed to ensure that all employee records remain accurate, properly updated, and in line with current administrative and financial records before salaries are processed.

Access to the Official GoG SPV Platform

All validators are required to log in to the official Government of Ghana Electronic Salary Payment Voucher platform at https://www.gogepv.com. Through this portal, personnel are expected to carefully review and confirm their payroll particulars, ensuring that all information recorded is accurate, complete, and consistent with their current employment status.

This validation exercise serves as a critical administrative safeguard, ensuring that salary records are correctly updated and that payments are processed without discrepancies or delays.

Duration of the Validation Exercise

The validation window is currently open but will remain available only for a limited period before it is closed. Employees are therefore strongly advised to complete the process promptly.
