GES Releases Regional Helplines for Successful Applicants Ahead of Regional Validation Exercise.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially released dedicated helpline numbers for all 16 Regional Education Directorates to support successful applicants in the 2026 teacher recruitment exercise ahead of the upcoming regional validation process.
The helpline numbers are expected to serve as official communication channels through which successful applicants can obtain information and clarification regarding the regional validation exercise, while also providing teachers and other education stakeholders with direct access to their respective Regional Education Directorates.
According to GES, the initiative is aimed at improving communication, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring that enquiries and concerns are addressed promptly at the regional level.
Why the Helplines Were Introduced
The regional helplines will enable successful applicants and other stakeholders to:
▪ Obtain information about the regional validation exercise.
▪ Seek clarification on GES directives and administrative procedures.
▪ Make enquiries relating to postings, appointments, transfers, promotions, salaries, and other official matters.
▪ Report concerns that require the attention of their Regional Education Directorate.
▪ Receive timely responses to official enquiries without unnecessary delays.
By introducing the regional helplines, GES hopes to strengthen communication between the Regional Education Directorates, schools, teachers, successful applicants, and the general public.
