GES Promotion Letter Distribution and Processing Underway
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially initiated the distribution and administrative handling of promotion letters for candidates who successfully passed the 2026 promotion assessment.
According to an official memorandum issued by Management, these promotion letters have been forwarded across various administrative tiers—including Regional, Metro, Municipal, District, and individual School levels—to facilitate onward delivery to the affected staff.
To ensure strict adherence to the timelines set out in the attached implementation schedule, Management has directed all designated officers to treat the distribution and processing of these documents as a matter of top priority.
Furthermore, the Service highlighted the critical need for the prompt completion, submission, and validation of all required input forms. Timely execution at this stage is essential to ensure that promoted personnel are properly upgraded to their corresponding salary scales without administrative delays once the process concludes.
Management expressed confidence in the commitment and cooperation of all key stakeholders and administrative officers to guarantee a smooth and efficient completion of the exercise.
