GES Announces Release of 2025 Teacher Promotion Examination Results Today
After a long period of anticipation and widespread discussions among teachers across the country, the wait surrounding the release of the 2025 Teacher Promotion Examination results is finally coming to an end. Many candidates who participated in the examination had anxiously awaited official communication from the authorities following the completion of the nationwide exercise.
The Ghana Education Service has officially confirmed that the much-awaited results of the 2025 Teacher Promotion Examination will be released today, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at exactly 3:00pm. The announcement was contained in a statement issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Service at its headquarters in Accra. According to Management, the release forms part of ongoing efforts to conclude processes related to the promotion exercise conducted for teachers across the country earlier this year.
Management further indicated that all teachers who participated in the examination are expected to access their results online through the official GES portal at www.ges.gov.gh once the system becomes active.
The announcement is expected to bring relief to thousands of teachers who have patiently waited for updates in recent weeks. The promotion examination remains a major requirement for career progression within the Service, allowing successful candidates to move to higher professional ranks.
Management also congratulated all teachers who participated in the examination and commended them for their commitment to professional growth and service delivery.
