The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially launched its recruitment portal, inviting qualified teachers to apply for available teaching positions across the country. 

According to an announcement attributed to the Head of Public Relations, Daniel Fenyi, the Service is encouraging trained and committed graduates with a Bachelor of Education or related qualifications to take advantage of the opportunity.

This recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening teaching and learning in schools nationwide. Interested applicants are advised that the application window is limited and will remain open for only seven days.

•Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or a related degree with a Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate in Education

•Have completed National Service

•Be registered with the National Teaching Council and hold a valid teaching licence

•Demonstrate effective communication and classroom management abilities

Be prepared to accept postings, including to less-resourced or rural communities
