•Must have at least four (4) years remaining before retirement.

•Hold a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline.

•Possess no less than ten (10) years of teaching experience post-qualification.

•Demonstrate a proven track record of professional conduct within GES.

•Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.

•Be computer literate.

•Applicants with a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or related fields will be given preference.

•A confidential report from their supervising head.

•A completed GES Personal Record Form endorsed by the Head of Institution.

•Certified copies of academic and professional certificates.

•Certified copy of the most recent promotion letter.
